Order Processing And Cancellation
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Shopbop will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.
Refunds are issued for missed guaranteed shipments and will be processed by Shopbop within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post to your account.
Please Note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on Shopbop, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation.
Because of the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.
Shopbop accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and UnionPay.
Price Adjustments
If previously purchased merchandise is marked down within seven (7) days of the original order date, Shopbop will adjust the price of an item, once.

- Eligible refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.
Price Matching
At the time of purchase, Shopbop will match other online retailers’ advertised prices. Please call Shopbop at 1-877-746-7267 to verify an eligible match. Our policy requires:
- Price match must be on merchandise of identical style and color.
- The merchandise must be first quality.
- The other retailer's promotions must be visible on their site for verification.
- The other retailer's website must be an authorized distributor of the brand.
- The other retailer's prices must be published in U.S. dollars
- Shopbop does not consider websites which operate as an auction, discounter or liquidator as competitors and therefore will not match prices of these retailers.
- During Shopbop promotions, items can be discounted through either a price match or a Shopbop promotion, but not a combination of both.

Shopbop complies with specific shipping restrictions determined by international trading regulation, as well as those contractually set by our vendors.
Items made of exotic skins and furs cannot be shipped outside of the United States, and jewelry items are restricted from shipping to certain countries. In addition to being restricted from shipping to non-USA addresses, items made of python cannot be shipped to California. At this time, beauty products including skincare, makeup, haircare, and bath & body cannot be shipped outside of the United States. Select brands have vendor-imposed regulations, restricting them from shipping outside the USA.
If you add one of these items to your cart and your shipping destination is one of the restricted countries, you will be prompted to remove it before proceeding. If you wish to continue with the purchase, you will need to change the destination address.
Your privacy is important to us, and we care about how your order information is used and shared. We would like customers who are sending or receiving products via international shipping to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection, and may be opened by customs authorities.
We provide certain order, shipment, and product information (such as description) to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Return Policy
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in new condition (must not be worn, used, opened, altered, or washed) and in its original packaging with all tags attached, including seals and security tags.
- Final Sale items may NOT be returned.
- Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
- Note: Shopbop monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts due to non-compliance.
Easy Returns
Pick-up at your door. Help you fill out return forms. Fixed Rate.- Go to My Account, select Order History and click the Return Items button. Select the items you want to return.
- Print all the required documents and prepare the box for shipping.
- Drop off your package at DHL or schedule a pickup.
- Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package. NOTE: When returning footwear, do not use your shoe box as your shipping box.
- Place the return form from your original invoice on the outside of your package, along with your customs document, to expedite delivery.

Our eGift Cards are available for purchase and are a great last-minute gift, or can be scheduled in advance so you never forget an occasion.

Any remaining balance will automatically be pre-selected as a payment option at checkout for future orders. You may use all or none of your eGift card balance when completing an order.
